Shipping & Returns Policy
All retail orders within Australia over $100 are shipped free of charge.
All orders are sent by Australia Post Express and we will endeavour to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
For all other retail orders, postage is calculated by weight at the checkout. Due to the limitations of this system, you may get charged more than is necessary. If we can fit your order into a smaller bag to save postage costs, you will be refunded the difference via your original payment method.
Please contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from time of purchase.
We do not offer refunds or exchange for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases on fabrics cut to order, or remnants. Washed or cut fabrics will not be accepted, please check your order carefully on receipt.
Colours can vary dramatically on different computer monitors, and the suggestions for the use of our fabrics is merely a guide. If you are not sure that the online fabric sample is right for you, please order a swatch or contact us prior to purchase.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Most of our products are handprinted, hand-woven and/or hand spun. Please be aware that these fabrics regularly show the 'makers mark' via variations in print, or colour inconsistencies and slubs in weaving. This is part of the beauty of a truly hand-crafted product and should not be seen as a fault.
However, if you believe that your fabric is faulty or have been sent the wrong goods, please email us immediately on receipt of your goods.We will endeavour to replace your order, but if this is not possible, a refund will be issued via the original payment method, including any shipping costs incurred by you.
Goods must be returned in the same condition they were originally received - washed or cut fabrics will not be accepted. Please retain your proof of purchase for any returns.
